Sprouty Irrigation Vehicle Wrap Design: Case Study

Client: Sprouty Irrigation Industry: Outdoor Water Management, Sustainable Irrigation & Landscaping Scope: Full vehicle wrap design, mascot vectorization, and print-ready Adobe Illustrator files

The challenge

Sprouty Irrigation needed a full vehicle wrap for a white 2016 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 cargo van. The client also provided low-resolution AI-generated mascot artwork that was unsuitable for large-format vehicle printing.

Our approach

We used the client-provided 1:20 scale blueprints for the 2016 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 High Roof 170 WB and removed non-existent side and rear window panels. The mascot artwork was converted into scalable Adobe Illustrator .ai files. Through versions V3 to V11, service descriptions were shortened and repositioned, and the service icons were refined into clean, bold, flat-silhouette line art.

• Vectorized Sproutster mascot Adobe Illustrator files
• A scannable QR Code linking to the client’s website
• Editable 300+ DPI .ai vector files formatted to scale
