Key Elements Packaging: Case Study

Client: Globalwebcommercegrupp OU (Key Elements) Industry: Health & Wellness / Dietary Supplements Scope: Relaxed Focus pouch and sachet packaging design, dieline adaptation, and print preparation

The challenge

Key Elements had an AI-generated visual concept, a manufacturer’s pouch dieline, and existing product copy. The team needed to translate these materials into coordinated main pouch and grab-and-go sachet designs, refine the panels and Supplement Facts layout, and prepare files for print. The artwork also needed precise vector assets and color adjustments to address the difference between screen proofs and CMYK output.

Our approach

We adapted the approved concept to the manufacturer’s template, incorporated client revisions, and replaced a low-resolution logo with a supplied vector version. We refined the graphic details—including stars, fruit placement, and mascot alignment—and corrected overlaps around typography and cut lines. After reviewing the RGB-to-CMYK color difference, we adjusted the blue field and cherry saturation for print.

What we delivered

  • Adapted Relaxed Focus main pouch artwork on the manufacturer’s dieline.
  • Matching grab-and-go individual sachet pouch design.
  • Refined back-panel copy layout and Supplement Facts table.
  • Editable Adobe Illustrator files, including a version with outlined text.
  • Print-ready CMYK PDFs for the main pouch and individual sachet.

The result

Key Elements received approved, coordinated pouch and sachet packaging with editable source files and print-ready CMYK PDFs. The final artwork bridged the initial digital concept and the manufacturer’s production requirements through dieline adaptation, vector refinement, and pre-press color adjustments.
