How it Works
1. Start with a downpayment
When you have found the design service that is right for you, you can get the project started with an online payment of just $99. As soon as the payment is transferred, we will contact you to begin the design selection process. If you have any doubts or are interested in a special customized quote, please contact us.
2. Fill Out a Product Evaluation
You will receive a brief survey that, once completed, will allow us to determine the nuances of your company, your preferences and your mission. With this insight into your business, we can design an image for you that’s visually outstanding and aligned with your company’s core competencies.
3. Date of Delivery
After you fill out the evaluation form and return it to us, your personal account manager will contact you, answer all your questions and liaise directly with the graphic designers on your behalf. Three days later, you’ll receive your initial customized design concepts from our online logo design service.
4. Presentations
Initially, you will receive several different design concepts. From these, you can let your account manager know which you prefer and why. Although the majority of our clients find the design they’re looking for in the first presentation, as we’re committed to 110% customer satisfaction, and that means you’re entitled to unlimited concepts.
Within two days, we will send you another presentation until you’re completely satisfied.
5. Revisions
After you’ve decided on your concept, you will receive four to seven versions of the original within one working day. The revisions are improvements based on your preferences and can be modified — unlimited, within reason — until you find your ideal design. This stage normally takes two to three days, and you can expect your new logo in just 10 days.
6. Final Files
Once you have selected your final design, you’ll receive all the according images and you will be the sole owner of the copyright for your design. You just have to pay the remaining balance and finalize the process.

By using any website, domain, service, application or product owned or operated by The NetMen Corp signing up as a client or user of any Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (these Terms), including those terms and conditions incorporated by reference. We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this web page periodically to review these Terms and Conditions, because they are binding on you.
You acknowledge and agree that we shall have the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion, to pre-screen, refuse or remove any project and/or user provided content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, including, without limitation, projects or content that are illegal, obscene, indecent, defamatory, incites religious, racial or ethnic hatred, or violates the rights of others. Activity that is brought to our attention which appears in our sole judgment to violate the law will be brought to the attention of the proper authorities. You acknowledge, consent and agree that we may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce these Terms; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third-parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer service; or (e) protect our rights, property, or safety of the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.

The NetMen Corp and its parent company, offer 100% original and customized graphic design services for its international client base.
Order Downpayment
We charge only $99 per product to initiate the design process. Due balance will be required at the end of the project or when intermediate milestones are achieved. Please note that Paypal may show a discounted amount for the due balance. This is only an administrative feature to reflect the initial deposit amount. Discounts are not available unless previously agreed with our team members.
Refund Policy
We only require $99 downpayment to get your project started. If you are not satisfied with the initial presentation provided by us, you may request a refund within 7 days of project start. If we receive your refund request after that period we won´t be able to process it but you will still be working under our 110% guarantee policy that entitles you to receive unlimited concepts and revisions until final approval on our designs.
In addition, refunds are only available to the actual Client for whom the design was created. No refund is available for design firms or for those who order our design services on behalf of another entity. Furthermore, you shall forfeit the right to the refund outlined above if you request additional revisions to any of the initial concepts. You shall also forfeit the right to a refund if you do not respond in a timely manner to a status notification from us. Additionally, you acknowledge that you will have no right (express or implied) to use any of the work produced by us, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.
Copyrights & Trademarks
All the rights of the logo design and logo artwork The NetMen Corp has created and designed for specific client belong to the client for which it was designed. The NetMen Corp does not hold any rights to the logo design created for a client.
The NetMen Corp does not file a trademark application with respect to the logos designed for its client. The client is free to register as a trademark the logo design created for it by The NetMen Corp.
In the event that payment for any logo design is not made in accordance with the payment policies of The NetMen Corp., then all of client´s rights in and to the logo design created for it, including any trademark property, will immediately revert back to The Netmen Corp.
The NetMen Corp warrants that its designs are of its own creation and are not copied from or inspired by existing designs or trademarks but does not warrant that a design the same as or similar to that designed by it, but of which it was not aware at the time of its creation, does not exist.
If for some coincidental reason a logo designed or web designed by The NetMen Corp looks identical to another party´s logo, The NetMen Corp will provide a free redraw session with a new set of logos.
Checkout
The NetMen Corp uses PayPal or Stripe to process your payment. Stripe is a level 1 PCI compliant payment processor, the most stringent level of certification available. We do not retain your credit card information on our server.
